Carroll Development and Property Management is a family owned and operated company. For two generations we have focused our efforts exclusively in Battle Creek, Michigan where we have been lifelong residents.

We develop, build and manage our own real estate projects as well as invest in other real estate endeavors in our home town.

Pride of Ownership

One aspect of our business that sets us apart from our competitors is the tremendous amount of pride we have in our communities. This comes from being natives of Battle Creek, where our real estate projects are located, as well as being the creator of these projects from start to finish.

We resolve to make at least one major improvement to each of our communities every year. Some years we undertake several major projects. As a result, we receive many positive comments and words of appreciation from our residents.

We are also very proud to be the only rental community to receive the “Beautiful Battle Creek Award”, in recognition for “contributing to the community-wide goal of improving the quality of life for Battle Creek's citizens.” This honor was presented to us by the Mayor of Battle Creek and has never been awarded to any other rental community!
